Happy Tuesday! Hope you're having a great week, so far!
This week, I am starting to think about my Thanksgiving tablescape.
It all started to come together when my bestie gave me a set of these awesome chargers, with a chalkboard border...
The wheels started turning; and the first thing I thought is that I could use them in lieu of place cards, by writing the names of my guests on each one. Then, another idea popped into my head! Why not let each guest write what they are thankful for?!
Then, I layered each one with a white dinner plate; and these beautiful turkey plates that I purchased at Williams Sonoma a couple of years ago...
I also incorporated some antlers...
And I'm using these paisley napkins by Ralph Lauren that I purchased at Home Goods...
It's a very simple setting!
I'll create a centerpiece with fresh flowers and fresh foliage from the yard.
I want to keep things very simple and relaxed, as we'll be going straight into Christmas.

Those plates are just gorgeous Shenita! What a lovely table they make, with a touch of fun too with the chargers. I can see the little ones enjoying a piece of chalk along with to entertain themselves.
