~Spring Is In The Air~

Happy Monday, everyone! We're finally getting some glimpses of Spring, with warm temps for a couple of days, before the next cool front comes through. If you're familiar with the South, you know that temps can be in the 70's one day, and the 50's the next. Today, I just wanted to share some of the things that I am loving for Spring!

If you have been following me for awhile, you know that I absolutely LOVE Williams-Sonoma. I came across these plates that are so perfect for Spring.

New Arrivals

These are from the Botanical Citrus dinnerware collection; and I love the vibrant pops of color. I can't wait to run out today and pick up a set! These would be great for a Spring tablescape!

I also love to change my candle scents with the seasons. Right now, I am loving the Meyer Lemon scent, also from Williams-Sonoma. It is the perfect compliment to all of the Spring cleaning that I've been doing. The perky, citrus scent just makes everything smell so fresh and clean! I have the coordinating lotion and hand soap on the sink.

Additionally, nothing says Spring to me like fresh hydrangeas. I like to buy bouquets at my local grocery store and spread the blooms around the house...

I also learned a little tip for refreshing my hydrangea blooms when they start to wilt. Simply make a fresh cut in the stem; and place it in HOT tap water. Within a few minutes, the blooms are perky and fresh again! I've had blooms to last 2 weeks!

I'm also making plans for our outdoor spaces. A new Hobby Lobby just opened, five minutes from my house...Woo Hoo!!! I have a gift card that I've been waiting to spend. I'm sure that I can find lots of garden accents to use outside!

So, that's it for today! Just making plans for Spring.
What about you? Are you ready for Spring?

Thanks so much for stopping by; and have a great day!

  14. Huge WS fan too but then again I love HG, PB not to mention the million others, LOL. Love the dishes and their hand lotion is one of the best in my opinion. If you put it one and wash your hands it doesn't come off. Love the Meyer Lemon and I have used the Sage too.

  17. Another gorgeous day in TX Shenita. I hope you got to go out and enjoy it. We are in the midst of mess at our house, painting and some new windows hopefully this week or next. Once the mess is out of here I can't wait to add some spring touches. I see you have a Nest candle too. Another guilty pleasure. I always pick up flowers at the grocery store {my reward for a dreaded job} and I usually don't get the hydrangeas because they wilt. I will try your trick.

  19. Spring is on the way wishes to you, Shenita! I know exactly what you're talking about in regards to the temperature swings we experience here in the South. Today it was 70 degrees and it will be 35 tomorrow night. A/C one day, parka the next. All is well though when a bouquet of hydrangeas is in view. One day we ought to get together for an online shopping trip to Williams-Sonoma. I would love to see that shopping cart!

I love anything lemon. I've been drinking a lot of fresh lemon water every morning.
It's too early for hydrangeas around here. The blooms are so pretty on your coffee table. My husband just picked up some pussy willows. He knows how much I adore them.
