This was an easy one for me! CROSSES!! I have crosses displayed all over my home.
On my kitchen gallery wall:
On Candles:
On lampshades:
On the upper mantel:
On the lower staircase landing:
On Pillows:
Even on decorative accessories that I purchase...
Like this cradle that I use for my candles and fragrances:
And this picture frame from Kristen of Kristen's Creations:
See the cute "bling" cross in the middle of the bow?
And for the same reason, I purchased these tassels from Allyson of No Place Like Our Home...
When I saw the crosses on these fun little tassels, I HAD to have a couple!
I have many more throughout my home; but this is just a small sampling. I know they are trendy to collect right now; but, for me, they are a constant reminder of what our Lord has done for us! And what a great way to start a new year!!
Hope you are having a blessed Sunday; and please stop by Alison's blog, The Polohouse, for Favorites On The First. It is so much fun to see what other bloggers love to collect. You may find some great inspiration for your home; or you may want to link up a collection of your own!
Have a great day...and Happy New Year!!

You have a beautiful collection of crosses. Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year ~ sarah
ReplyDeleteShenta you have a wonderful collection. Since I've started blogging believe it or not all I collect is junk (smile). I'm so afraid if I throw away something someone will come up showing how it can be turned into something....enjoy your New Year.
ReplyDeleteLike you, I collect crosses. And for the same reason. I usually pick them up when we are on vacation and I mark on the back of each one where I bought it. Some of them are to remind me of special events, like our 25th anniversary. I also collect cross pendants to wear, as well as vintage religious medals and crosses for the jewelry that I make. I collect other things as well, but crosses are my first love. Happy New Year !
ReplyDeleteBeautiful crosses. The way you have displayed them are are both creative and inspirational. Thanks for sharing your passion.

ReplyDeleteI have a few different crosses in my home too, Shenita! Whenever I'm out and I find a very unique looking one, I always end up buying it. These are all so lovely, but the cross on the black pillow...oh my! I want to thank you for your friendship this year. You are a dear blogging friend. I hope the New Year brings you much joy.
